I passed {not lived } about 2 years, but they were not at all helpful when matter is between two neighbors......so cunning staff, slowly find the way to get out of matter..such a disgusting staff........outer is well polished but inner is roten, neither help nor sympathy .If someone is very bright and sharp can try his luck to level best........if you have little bit wisdom don;t come here..they will just entrap you with short time benefits...but later suks you.
In brief :
leisuring staff, discriminating ,money minded....gives headache ....meny more.

I have lived at Kings Court apartment in Beaverton for some time now and I just want to say?RUN AWAY!!!

The lack of service and sincerity at Kings Court is pitiful beyond belief. I can?t tell you how many times I have heard the office staff here talking trash about tenants. The kicker is that it often involves the Manager! They have no concern over who might hear them while either in office working out or just waiting to get help. There are few good people in the office that are very helpful and kind that I wish would be put in charge, but they are not enough for me to applaud the overall service.

Maintenance is awful. These are supposed to be PGE energy certified buildings but they have terrible insulation and crappy aluminum single pane windows that are impossible to keep clean from mold (despite their ?suggestion? to keep your heat going all winter long and watch you money literally go out the windows). It would also be nice if they had appliances from a decade where they actually cared about quality and the environment.

They also recently painted but they painted over roting siding which is already starting to show through and fall is apart. There?s always TONS of trash around the dumpsters which draws homeless scavengers that walk through the complex all hours. You even have to pay $15 just to park under cover but I would rather not because I?m afraid they are going to fall down on my car!

It would also be nice if the would enforce the rules regarding deck ?decoration?. Some people look like they?re running a both at a carnival while others have big blue tarps draped over their decks. Not to mention the overall landscaping, paths, and roads through out the place are in desperate need of repair. About two to three times a year you can?t use the pool because it turns a nice shade of GREEN! I?m sure its #!@% from the constantly screaming and yelling kids. I almost forgot to mention the noise!

It's a pig with lipstick!

Cons: Overall just a poorly run complex
