First and most importantly they have very professional, helpful, and friendly delivery drivers and in-store employees.
The only negative experience we have had is in regards to Tamara the asst. manager of the store and her poor customer service skills.
What started as a miscommunication between what we thought we had purchased and what was delivered to us a week later turned into a mess that was only remedied by the owner of the establishment.
The asst. manger maintained that WE were WRONG and that tags were on items that we did not see. As she herself had placed them there! An employee actually present during our purchase supported the fact that the tags were in fact missing on those items! If the employee can see where the miscommunication was, then why could the asst. manager of the store not follow suit? (As later, the owner Roger did)
The asst manager provided POOR customer service when she repeatedly called us liars saying that she placed tags on those unmarked items. She left no room for excuses for what may have happened to those missing tags, we were strictly WRONG and that was that.
Let me make it clear that the only thing we asked for was a refund and some understanding for a miscommunication for what we had purchased, that was all.
Only after meeting with the owner was our faith in Consignment NW revived. If it had not been for the owner kindly talking to us and hearing out the miscommunication we would not be repeat customers.
Their selection is excellent and the level of professionalism is great as most all of the employees (including the owner) really care that you get the most from your purchase and consignment nw experience (with the exception of the asst. manager).

After many years patronage as customers, we will never be able to bring ourselves to shop here again. This week, in the midst of a large purchase, my wife and I were treated so horribly by two of the managers at CN that we can scarcely believe it really happened! I can hardly believe that business is so good that long-time customers could be treated so shabbily and valued so lightly. Shop at your own peril.

I have sold many items through Consignment Northwest for several years now and have always been very happy with the service. They sold everything I gave them & I received my money promptly. They were careful with my things & were very courteous. I have bought several pieces as well. It's a fun place to shop for high-ticket items at very affordable prices. Most things are like new.

I have sold many pieces of furniture and a large area rug through Consignment Northwest. I have been very pleased with the service. They will pickup your items for a small fee, they will even repair some things. In a few weeks a check comes in the mail.

This consignment store has superior merchandise, you can tell they are picky in what they take in. Great prices to top it off, so it makes it easier.
The jewelry is the best selection in town. Always new items, the best prices too!

Cons: poor customer service by upper management

Pros: lots of inventory
Cons: customer service
We wanted to consign a sofa with Consignment Northwest which was a disaster. They picked up the sofa for a $50 fee then told us they could not consign the sofa so it would have to be returned, for another $50. I inspected the sofa two days after they delivered it back and discovered they had broken one of the legs of the sofa and used a staple gun to hold it in place. The service, treatment and then the broken sofa all added up to a rip off - and now I need to fix the broken leg. I would not shop or use this place ever again.
Cons: The returned the sofa damanaged
