On the Tuesday before my Saturday wedding in Seattle, our Seattle florist canceled on us...sending me into a complete panic. THANK GOD for Alameda Floral. I called to explain the situation and she said, "...don't worry, I WANT to do this for you to make up for the way you were treated by that other, unprofessional florist"
I am so glad that I had Alameda Floral do my bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. They were GORGEOUS and very reasonably priced. She never met me in person and only had a few emailed pictures to go from, but was able to completely capture what I envisioned and had less than a week to get it all done. I couldn't have been happier with the results! I can't tell you how much her extra effort meant to me as a bride. If I could attach a file to show the pictures of my bouquet I would. You will not be disappointed by her arrangements. Her exquisite artistry and customer service will amaze you!

I LOVE Alameda Floral. I do most of the flower ordering at my office. Since finding the wonderful ladies at Alameda, I exclusively use them for their FANTASTIC floral arrangements. The ladies at Alameda are responsive, understanding, and thoughtful. They make my job much easier. Their care and concern always shows whether it be through their customer service or attention to detail on arrangements for those sensitive occasions.

I am happy that I am able to use a local vendor who cares about service, quality and price. It seems too good to be true, but it's not!

Alemeda Floral was recommended to me by a friend about 10 years ago. As part of my job I have the pleasure of ordering flowers and other unusual things to be sent for occasions of all sorts. Debra has always come thru with the most beautiful of flower arrangements. Alemeda Floral has never disappointed and has always exceeded our expectations.

I love to go into this store; the customer service is great, the greeting card selection is superb, the flowers always look healthy and they have really nice gift items, too!

Alameda Florist has the best staff in Debra and Sarah - they always have a smile on their faces and it is apparent how much they love their work. That comes across not only in the wonderful flower arrangements but the great gifts, plants and cards available in the shop. It is always very clean and the atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. It is more like shopping with friends in the store than working with a customer service person! Alameda also does the holiday decorations for the Pacwest Building every Christmas. Each year is a different theme and it is always unique and fabulous. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I first started working with Alameda Floral when I was an executive assistant, and was sending flowers to a lot of people my boss needed to impress. Debby and the rest of the team at Alameda always made sure that the flowers we sent were the most beautiful, unique, and memorable arrangements people recieved. I consistently heard, "The flowers YOU sent were the best--they stood out from the bouquets everyone else sent!"

When I got engaged, I had no need to look for a florist--I knew from repeated good experience that Alameda would be my top choice, and they didn't disappoint. The flowers were beautiful, affordable, and Debby was a dream to work with - I never had to wonder what was going on w/the flowers, and she did an excellent job bringing my vision to life.

As a busy caterer I like using dependable businesses to help me with my events. Debora and Sarah are a joy to work with and are dependable on their deliveries. When I'm not sure about a decorating idea, the ladies
have suggestions and help me with bringing it all together. Their store has all kinds of fun little treasures.
The fresh flowers and potted plants are very fresh. I have loved every floral arrangement I 've purchased.

Almeda Floral was terrific to work with, listened to our ideas, had many of their own excellent suggestions, and were able to successfully complete the arrangements for several special events over a weekend-long celebration. Almeda Floral decorated events for nearly two hundred people for an evening opening event, followed by diiferent arrangments in multiple locations for lunch and dinner, coordinating everything from balloons and kids decorations to exquisite floral arrangements, with candles for the adults, and achieved the perfect mood for each event. Their service was personal, professional, and economical. Everything was flawlessly executed.

I cannot begin to count the number of times I have found myself suddenly needing a thank you, a card or a gift for an employee, coworker or family member and Alameda has saved me! Many times!!

Their selection of gifts, which even includes baby gifts, is classy, whimsical, and at great prices. The gals are helpful in selection, and happy to wrap it on the spot!

Alameda is the best in Portland. Oh, and yes they do have great floral arrangements and plants!

The atmosphere will draw you into Alameda Floral...the warmth and genuine caring of Debra and Sarah will keep you coming back! I've been a customer for 11 years and it didn't take long before I realized we were Kindred Spirits. Alameda Floral has something for every occassion...from the gorgeous floral selection, cards, gift wrap, soaps, candles, vases, gift ware, baby items and notecards...it's your one stop shop! I've recommended Alameda Floral to all my friends - they've always been pleased with the value and service!

I was impressed by the time I was given and the detailed attention I received over the phone. I was not sure what I wanted at first, just flowers delivered for Mother's Day, and the woman on the phone was very understanding and helpful in offering suggestions. The flowers arrived when I was told to expect them and they were beautiful, and colorful. My Mom loved them! Give them your business. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

There is no question that if you are in need of quality flower arrangement and outstanding service that you will find it at Alameda. Debra and Sarah are so friendly and helpful and always there to give suggestions. I work in the building as the floral shop but have recommended them to many of my friends since I know first hand that they won't be disappointed.

I have been a customer of Alameda Floral for years, and have never needed or wanted to use another florist ever since! No matter what I may come in to the shop for -- flower arrangements for local delivery, out-of-state deliveries, greetings cards for any and all occasions, gift wrapping, or just needing a trinket or gift of some kind, like candles or ornaments and so on -- I know I will be greeted with a warm hello and one of Debra's wonderful smiles. Debra and Sarah always make me feel like I am their favorite customer, and I have a sneaking suspicion that all of their clients have that same experience! :-) I don't just consider them my florists, I also consider them my friends.
