I just recently purchased a car there. A ford explorer. To begin with because of how I looked, it was pooring down rain that day and I looked a bit bedraggled, When I made an offer on the vehicle they insisted upon seeing my money before even talking to me. They treated me like a poor begger that they didnt want anything to do with. But they had the vehicle that IU was looking for. During the haggling for price they agreed upon paying for title and registration, of which they turned around and told me after the deal that they never said any such thing. But get this, The day of the purchase, and 10 blocks away I found out that the head gaskets were blown out. The Mech said that someone tried to hide the fact too. That cost me $1400. Then a month later the transmision gave out. SOMEONE had used a trick to quiet the noise it was making. But it gave out nontheless. Cost: $1600. So if you like being taken advantage of and used and want to spend more than you bargained for then by all means go to "World of Wheels" They really love to take your money.

Pros: No pros in my book!

Cons: Thats all they are....Cons!

They have great service here if you're looking for financing for a car way out of your budget. These people make a living selling you debt. They were not interested in showing us cars that we wanted to see (at the time, wagons) and the one wagon they had on the lot, they really didn't know anything about. I'd at least expect a dealer to be savvy of the cars they have on their lot but not this dealer.

Avoid at all costs. Particularly if you value your credit rating!

Stereotypical used car salesman wanted me to come into the office and make an agreed upon offer before I would be allowed to test drive the car I was interested in! Three different salesman approached me within 7 minutes, all trying to work me, size me up. I guess I just looked like a large dollar sign walking through their lot.

I will say that I have been to several downtown, not 82nd ave, used car lots in the last week. All treated me with respect, handed my wife & I the keys for a test drive first, and then started talking with us about a sale later. Much less pressure, and one of them will likely get our sale when we find the car we are looking for. If this type of service ultimately costs me an extra 500 to 1000 on a car, I'm fine with it.

Pros: Nicer looking lot than some of the others on 82nd

Cons: Sales tactics are immoral
