I went there today my aunt gave my dad her card and he gave it to me to use so I went down there and used it it is august 2nd at 3:30pm they had this girl and mean guy working at the front desk, and he was pretty dam rude, said sir im going to have to ask you to leave because you dont have your card or buy one through me for 70 or get the hell out. this guy is a complete jerk everyone should stay far away from this place go to 24 hour fitness next door

I went for the first time to Bally Gym at Mall 205 to see the facility and get a membership. The front desk customer service was so rude and acted with attitude when asked questions like it is a co-ed sauna and steam room etc... Also I ask the lady If can give me a tour through the gym. NEVER HAPPEN. She ignored me and she called some one else, A "MALE" to show me the girls area? and by the way I waited for about 30 mins for this!!!. The guy just talked about the prices and wanted me to sign up right a way. I ask again if I can see the facility first and the class schedule, then He asked the front customer service lady for a class schedule and she literaly throw the schedule on the counter with attitude... This is my first impression, never been there before, did u think I want to be a member there? NO way...By the way I never had the tour... SO UNPROFESSIONAL

I just recently joined at the Mall 205 gym and have been more than pleased with my decision. So far I have lost 13 lbs and still losing! The encouragement I receive from the staff has been so amazing, it has kept me motivated to see what I can accomplish. The friendly and motivating staff, great equipment, and knowledgable personal trainers make this gym hard to beat! Thanks Bally Total Fitness and staff at 205 for changing my life!

Poor customer service at reception desk often in the last year that I have been a member. Staff tends to socialize loudly and excessively among themselves, which looks very unprofessional. Usually ignored as I enter and leave the the facility. Temperature in gym is hot and humid, very uncomfortable. Employees do not often walk the floor, they sit and talk in the office, do not tidy the gym area or pick up weights that members drop on floor. As a result, dumbbells and booster weights are scattered on the floor and my time is wasted looking for the appropriate ones. Music in lockeroom is too loud; pool is 20 yards in length with 2 lanes, tiny and freezing. Two book racks for the entire aerobic equipment area. One positive note: Some of the weight machines are great. I've paid for 3 years, otherwise I'd quit immediately.

I have been a been going to Bally's for over 4 years now. I have always been on good shape but not all gyms have the same equipment that i need to get to the next level. This one has all I need, they just upgraded their treadmills this last year and I have not seen any better ones any were else. the place is clean, staff is nice and the parking lot is huge/free. I don't live close to the area but this one is worth going through rush-hour for me. Only bad thing is no Basketball Court.

This gym has enough equipment, is clean and has plenty of free parking. But in the last two years the customer service has gone south.

Some of the employees are extremely rude and do not understand the concept of customer service. They are not helpful when you ask questions. In fact, they sometimes don't even look at you when you are walking by and say "hi." Because there are two other gyms within a mile, I have chosen to switch to another gym. When I went to visit the gym I eventually signed up with, I was aghast that the employees there actually seemed glad to have me tour the place, despite the fact that I had not yet signed up.

This is the only weakness, the rude employees. Other than that, it is fine.

I recently joined Mall 205 Ballys' I found my personal trainer very helpful and the staff very friendly. The facilities overall seem very clean. When I do finally make it in for a workout, I always feel better, never have to wait for equipment, feel that overall it's a nice gym. BUT I do wish they would be more up front about the billing. I was a bit miffed when earlier this month I noticed they hadn't done the auto withdrawl of my monthly fee from my account, and didn't bother to notify me. So it made me look bad credit wise. When I called and asked why, I was told something like there was an issue with my card / that's the only explanation I got. I've been warned by former customers that this is where they get you financially. I'm starting to wonder if they were right. Keep your eye out on your statements / watch for signs of foul play would be my advice.

There is ALWAYS a wait to use one of the 3 that they have. Also, there are no disinfecting spray bottles for customers to use after sweating all over the machines. I regret signing up with this gym. At least the staff is nice.

If you are seeking a trainer, Diana Johnson is the best. I've been training with her for about two years now with amazing results. If you're thinking about training at all, talk to Diana first!
