Colby Judy - Oregon Dental Care

I dealt with a different Dr then Colby Judy. My experience here has been really nice. I have been here twice without insurance. The first time I had a filling fall out and they saw me very quickly. I had cash to be able to pay for this service. I have been back again this past month. I had some money on a health savings plan from a previous employer. They got me in for my root canal without having cash on hand, but knowing I would have this money coming soon from the other company. I am able to make payments on the balance. They also got me in on their personal health plan for people who are self employed which my husband is. So this saved me a lot of money on what is to be paid. Everyone who worked with me has been helpful. They have both times been very courteous. A previous dentist I had years ago just lectured me on my dental care and wouldn't help me until I learned to brush better, but wouldn't even take the time to teach me. Oregon Dental Care was understanding that wiithout insurance for years I have only been able to do so much to care for my teeth. I'm sorry John S had a bad experience, but both times I've been treated very well, and better then when I HAVE had insurance at other places.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Things have gone down hill.

I applied for their $29 new patient special. I was ignored in the waiting room while patients (who had later appointments) were being attended to. I thought I heard in the background that they didn't want to see me. Is this how a professional business is run?

Despite all their advertisements, I found them to be some of the least professional in the Eugene area. Don't go here. They don't want your business or time.

This place is very professional with high tech equipment. The staff is great and prices are about average.The dentists are very good at their work. Money talks here. So one must have cash, insurance or a credit card. I would recomend this place as a good one. It is tricky to find but they give good directions. Parking is at a minimum . worth checking out id looking for new place for you dentistry.
