I have had a fairly frustrating relationship with Bank of America, the Cornell Branch in particular. I have banked with B of A for a long time now, probably 20 years plus. We have had many technical situations to deal with ex: my visa statements were going to afganastan and no one could remedy the situation for 6 months............I am a premier customer with many accounts business and personal. I also have A+ credit ratings. We have a substantial amount of money sitting in savings and checking accounts with them. We have an unused equity line and business and personal visa's all in great standing. My business was in the process of moving and changing internet service.....and I had no access to online banking nor could I get to a bank as we were moving!!! In 2 days time my account overdrafted 11 times. When I got my internet up and running first thing this morning, I immediately moved cash from an account to cover this oversight, and went straight to my local branch manager --a branch I have gone to for 15 years. She explained that the policy had changed and that she could no longer remove NSF charges. But would remove 3 for me even if she was not supposed to?????? So my point is, if she could remove 3 then why not 9 or 10 or 11 to keep my on going business???? The bank is charging me 280.00 for this amongst other costly fees we pay to bank there. As I said there was no lack of funds in their bank, just the one account for 24 hours????? My decision? I will move my accounts asap. I am done with Bank of America.

The Cedar Mill branch of Bank of America is awesome. The tellers are friendly and knowledgeable. They remember their client's names and a little about them. Whenever I need some assistance they are more than willing to help. The personal bankers are also friendly and helpful. I would recommend this bank to anyone moving into the area or someone just looking for a new bank.

PROS: Neighborhood oriented
