If you want it done right, at a reasonable rate, without fear of unnecessary repair costs, it's the only place to go. Our entire extended family has been taking our vehicles there for over 15 years and never been dissatisfied yet. I couldn't count how many times I've been told, "so and so" is looking pretty worn, but you can probably get another 3-4 months out of it. Customer loyalty over a fast buck. Excellent policy! My dad has used Silverton Road Automotive for years and has wonderful service from them. They are really great about being flexible with drop off and pickup times and their work is top notch. We just moved back to Salem area and will be using Silverton Road Automotive if anything needs repaired that I cant do at home.

I have used this service several times over the last several years. They have saved me money and done excellent work. One instance was a costly repair recommended by the mechanic at the dealer. I took my car to Silverton Road and the owner checked out my car, found that the dealer's mechanic was in error, and saved me a bundle of money! I have found all the mechanics to be knowledgeable and thorough.

I know out in the marketplace its hard to find mechanics you can trust. Do I really need that extra thing done or are they just trying to make a buck? With Silverton Road Automotive you don't have to feel that way. My family has been cars fixed by them for years, and they are always upfront and never try to over charge you. My honda was having trouble once and it was very hard to figure out the problem, it had to go back a couple times, but never a charge and they finally found the problem and it ran great afterwards. i highly recommend their shop.
