Poor service and communication. Avoid this dentist. Took time off work to bring son in for new pt. exam and cleaning. waited forever. They finally took him back and discouraged me from coming with. Finally, I was told that I could come back after his x-rays. No one came to get me so after about 20 min. I went back. There were other kids in rooms, waiting without parents. When I found him, Dr. Tustin talked, for over 20 minutes, about her practice, her student loans, and all the patients that are "confused" and complain about the bills they receive after their insurance has paid. Finally, my poor son squirming in his chair, I asked when someone would be coming in to clean his teeth. Dr. Tustin then told me that the hygienist had gone home and no one would be cleaning his teeth and didn't anyone tell us? No! And why didn't the office call us to tell us and give us the option of rescheduling rather than waste our time. And low and behold, I am now one of those "confused" patients after I received a huge bill after my 100% insurance paid...totally weird experience.
