The Yoga Union used to be strictly Bikram Yoga, which I love. I used to attend daily classes here, and they were great. The facilities are clean, the instructors wonderful. Now, they've expanded and offer many other types of yoga as well. They still offer "hot yoga," which is similar to Bikram Yoga.
