They are good mechanics. Honest too. The admitted that they broke a part on my wife's window regulator and dealt with the problem fairly. They are one of the very few shops I've seen that does not leave tools under my hood. I know my car inside and out and I know what quality work looks like. My toolbox has lots of nice Snap tools from other "mechanics"--including an $80 ratchet. These guys know that I work on my own car when I can and they have no problem installing parts I already have. They are good with Audis as well as VWs.

If you own a VW and need service done on it this is your place. They specialize in VW and do a fine job. I owned a VW Jetta TDI a few years back and had some problems with it. They fixed it on time and at the price quoted. Would go back any day.
