Just not good for children and would be more of a place for adults. I seriously have to say, not a place for children in the least!!!!!

The Samurai Fighting Arts Academy was one of the first schools that I brought my children to when searching for good martial arts lesson. After about three weeks we decided to look for better lessons. Samurai Arts Academy doesn't take their job seriously. My kids were placed into classes with very young children at high ranks who were incapable of performing the most basic formations - and what we look for in a martial arts school is classes that really have results equal to the cost of attending. My children love martial arts, and often complained about how instructors did not know their own lessons. Sitting in on a few of their classes, I realized that instructors were poor at teaching. Prices were high, and though the dojo is eye-catching and very hyped, the lessons were poor and my kids did not enjoy themselves.

I would not recommend this academy to anyone looking for real martial arts classes.

PROS: Easy to get into
CONS: Poor instructing, no substance, high prices
