Love Love Love the beer .. did I say that enough. I am a local Bend resident and hands down this is the best brew pub. The food is also good, not a big fan of the handmade too crunchy chips they give out but heck they are free with the lunch.. A great place to go downtown.. a locals favorite!

If you're from the Northwest, you've probably had some Deschutes beer. It's delicious, of course, and their brewery's food is equally good. Standard bar fare, like burgers are fries, are very fresh here. Delicious beer!

If you like garlic, the garlic burger at DB is a must to try. Just stand away from others afterwards. The beer is also a local favorite from Mirror Pond to Black Butte Porter and the atmosphere is great. Always busy so make a reservation or just go into the bar.

Deschutes Brewery Pub has wonderful hamburgers. The atmosphere is great and now they take reservations so be sure to make one otherwise you may not get a table. Be sure to try their beers.

This is "The" brewery everyone wants to see when they come to Bend. While the flavor of their beers aren't outstanding in MY opinion, MANY MANY people will have no other beer but Deschutes. Most of their beers are too hoppy for my taste, and the darker beers (where I like to stay) lack the complex flavors I love to drink. The food at the restaurant is good by brew pub standards. Seasonal events are always packed and full of energy. I do recommend the FREE Brewery tour (off Colorado at their bottling/brewing plant) for a view of their state of the art brewing set-up and a full gamut of guided tasting in their Mountain Room.
