I had Jacobs bid a new construction job for me and they blew away the competition. They were lower in price, and used Trane for both heating and air conditioning. They do a great job in calculating the loads and were excellent to work with. I highly recommend them.

I first called Jacobs one winter when my heat stopped working and they had someone out within an hour and had me back up and running fast. Since then, I used them for maintenance and they are prompt and neat. Their prices are reasonable.
