I had been interested in buying a piano for months and was searching craigslist ads every day until I decided to stop into Classic Pianos to see what kind of selection of used pianos they had available. I was very impressed with the selection of used pianos--priced everywhere from several hundred dollars up to a few thousand. Even better is the fact that you can trade up at any time and apply a credit for the original piano you purchased toward a nicer piano. There is no better way to ensure that you will not lose money or value on what you purchase. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend stopping in to check this place out.

As a long time piano player, I've been looking for my first grand piano. After visiting all 3 piano stores in Portland area, we found the Classic Piano provides the most passion for pianos and also a great price offer. I love my piano purchase and I highly recommended this place for all the piano lovers!!!

I was referred to Classic Pianos by a friend. He was very impressed with the service and the trade-up policy. Having bought my piano from Classic Pianos I feel the same way. It is a family run business and everyone was very friendly and knowledgable. I was shopping for a digital piano and they explained the differences between the models with no bias towards the higher priced models. They also offered me the best prices available for the models I was interested in without my having to ask. I ended up buying the Yamaha YDP181 and am very happy with it. If I decide to upgrade to another piano within two years, they will give me the full purchase price of my YDP181 towards a piano of greater value (for an acoustic piano it is a lifetime upgrade policy). Although I was focused on digital pianos they have a huge selection of all types of pianos. I highly recommend Classic Pianos.

The customer service I received from Taylor at Classic Pianos was awesome. Not only was he able to answer my list of questions, he gave me plenty of time to consider my options without being pushy or too unavailable. The customer service, selection, and that it is a local/family run business are the top reasons I ended up buying my new piano here.

I bought a digital Yamaha from them. I am an early beginner and this was the perfect place to shop for my first piano. The customer service is fantastic. It was nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. They have an excellent program where you have two years to turn in the piano you bought and have the full amount be credited to the purchase of an upgrade...that made it easy for me to buy my piano guilt free since I can start off with something simple and buy something more fancy later when I am more sure of my committment and progress. My husband went to pick it up for me a few days later and he too was very impressed by their customer service. ~K.K.

I've never seen such a vast array of pianos that can meet anyone's budget. There are pianos prices from $1,000 to $250,000. It seemed like piano heaven bu the number of pianos from all over the world.

The sales staff is outstanding. They meet with you to identify your specific needs and budget limitation then identify a number of options that will meet the client's specification. They can offer the best deals in town.

I strongly recommend anyone who's looking to buy a piano at least stop by. The store is family owned and the family members are actively involved in the operations of the company.

My sales associate is Margaret Woods. She is very knowledgeable of musical equipment and can obtain the most cost effective product for you.

I just bought a piano from this store and I have no complaints. For starters, they are a local business that has been around for years and well reputed and came well recommended. The sales people are friendly and are very knowledgeable about their pianos and they helped me find a great piano at a great price. I am a satisfied customer.

Brian and Taylor Unis were tremendously helpful in assisting us to select the best piano for us. They provided excellent customer service from the time we entered the business to the delivery of our new piano. We would highly recommend their business to anyone looking for expert advice in the selection of a piano.

If you are looking for a new or used piano I would recommend only Classic Pianos. This was such a great experience and Rick is one of the most knowledgable sales people I've ever worked with. Everything was top-notch and very professional. I'll be back to up-grade in a couple of years.

Terrific selection in stock and truly helpful staff! I was looking casually at electric piano keyboards (always turned off by the 'organ keyboard' feel) but was very impressed with the state of the technology now. I love my electric piano, and it really helped to have the regular and electric pianos in the same place.

My family recently had the opportunity to be in the market for a piano. My wife has grown up playing the piano and I truly enjoy the comfort of hearing her play. As a business professional, who values subject matter experts and unique customer service throughout the buying process, I immediately went to Classic Pianos based on their solid reputation. Simply stated, my expectations were exceeded. Brian took the additional time to walk us through their diverse inventory of pianos and we never had a feeling of being overwhelmed at any point in time. The staff also took extra special care when handling the purchasing and delivery process, since it was a surprise. A Christmas Eve delivery of the piano was orchestrated beautifully with relative ease. The communication and workflow process of the Classic Pianos team ensures the consumer is valued and taken care of to the fullest extent possible. Thanks again!!!

This place has been around for awhile and the staff really know their pianos. The service was great when they worked on my piano and they answered a lot of questions concerning other instruments in the shop. When it comes time to upgrade I will come here.
