Outstanding!! Northwest CC is on my speed dial. Very first class outfit.I've had properties for many years so I'm pretty accustomed to the riff raff around this part of the county that try and pass themselves off as carpet "professionals". Always get over sold and under performed, basically. Northwest has consistently done extremely well at very fair prices. I never get a shoddy bait and switch act. They have a floor machine attached to their hoses from their vans and that machine has saved me from buying new carpet in my rentals many many times. They always give me more service than I pay for. Easy to recommend.
