Mr. Steinbrugge made this transaction easy and pleasant and went beyond the call of duty to find a fair and accurate interest rate .....He submitted an estimate to me efficiently, arranged the appraisal and the closing in a timely manner, and dealt with the intracacies of satisfying my property taxes. David was even present for the closing to provide moral support, which gave me great comfort, as this can be a stressful process if it is handled improperly

David was our mortgage broker when we lived in Oregon, but also helped us set up our mortgage in Boise. He is SO good at his job, he makes getting through closing a house or refinancing ALMOST seem easy. He has answers to all questions, and keeps you updated daily. He will always be my choice for a mortgage broker.
