I had my car detailed for preparation to sell and they did great work. Was able to drop the key before they opened their drop. I also utilized their car for sale listing service. This service works very well as they had a buyer for me in 48 hours. Great quality & service..keep it up.

Autobella is running numerous Living Social and Groupon ads right now. What they don't tell you is you will have trouble redeeming them. They stopped taking bookings for my voucher (expiring 12/15/11) on November 21st, and stated they had it showing on the website for weeks. If I wasn't trying to book it, how would I see that? It should be in the fine print of the deal. Many businesses accept bookings made BY they expiration date. This place cuts you off four weeks early and says Living Social is in support of it. I will take my business to a more customer friendly business.

I really like how this company presents itself. It is clean & well organized from my perspective. The detail work they performed was better than I have had anywhere else. I will continue to return.

I was referred to Autobella by a friend in Seattle who spoke very highly about them. We had our Subaru outback detailed with a pre sale detail. I was embarrassed as there was lots of dog hair. They removed almost all the hair - very surprised. We also had them list our car for sale with their listing service which sold the car in two days. Well done.

I had received a Living Social deal as a gift from a relative, It took awhile to get in but it was worth it. They did a great job on the detail. I have had only one other detail in another state and it was decent but this seemed so much more in-depth. I will be looking forward to the next deal they offer as it was such a nice gift.

I had my car detailed here twice now and had a really nice experience both times. The owner Tom is very accommodating and friendly to work with. The job was completed earlier than expected and I really liked the service. Its a pleasure to visit an automotive business when things go smooth.

I brought my car into Autobella because my cat peed in her cardboard crate when I was taking her to the vet. The smell was intense to say the least. It was explained that they would remove the material from the foam and use an "enzyme" on the foam to kill the bacteria and odor. They also detailed the full interior with an ozone treatment and it worked. Note: Always use a plastic crate to transport your cat in your car !

I was a bit embarrassed when I brought in my filthy Volvo. I expected to see a improvement and I REALLY did. I was referred by a friend that spoke very highly of Autobella for some time and I finally got around to getting the car in. From my perspective the job was marvelous. I was able to leave the car on the street and drop the key through their key drop the night before. They sent me a text when the car was ready the next day (love their technology). I will continue to pass on their good name as I was completely impressed.

Very professional and they did a great job! Great place to get a car detailed and they know how to fix the little dings/dents and interior. They can make your car look new again. Worth every $.

They did a great full detail on my 2006 Acura RL. I also paid to have the touch up service done and Tom did a fantastic job color matching and touching up the many rock chips on my hood and fenders and elsewhere.

Our VW Westfalia was growing throughout the paint & the inside from not using it this winter. I had been referred by a friend to Autobella for the removal of the problem. After a brief explanation by the owner about how this would take place, I left the car. When I picked it up I was impressed to see that there was no evidence of the mold. Even the smell was gone :}

I purchased a Groupon for this business for an Exterior detail. I have a black car and I was skeptical as other shops I have used left swirls all over the paint. This shop did an excellent job through out. No swirls or issues. Buying group discount deals sometimes is bad news but this one is a winner. I will be returning later in the year.

I had my Jetta sunroof fixed and the water removed from the car here. They took care of the mold problem also. The car looks and smells better than it did when it bought it.

I purchased 2 Living Social Deals in December for Autobella and I have to say I got more than what I payed for. I was concerned as alot of these discount Groupon type deals are a joke. I dropped off my car not knowing what to expect and I was pleasantly shocked. They text messaged me two hours later that the car was done, It looked and smelled like a different car. There had been a dog smell in there for a year and now its gone and so is the dirt. I love it when a deal is true. Thanks Autobella, you will have me have my referrals for the future....

We came down from Bellevue to see some friends and needed our car detailed. I spoke with Tom and was able to get my car in right away as it seems there is a bit of a wait to schedule there. I thought the cleaning and detail work was top notch and will be referring other friends and associates. It's my understanding that Autobella will be coming to Bellevue sometime next year. I hope so because they will do very well up here. They are my new BFF.

I live on Mississippi & the City of Portland had sloshed Tar all over about 75 cars on the street. These guys came to the rescue. I have an SUV that was covered in wet black road tar and they removed it in a few hours and the car looks better than it did when I bought it, and the city even paid for it !

I just had my third car detailed here and cannot speak highly enough about their operation. The owner Tom is very personable and has a great crew. I will continue to pass their name onto quality referrals because everyone deserves good quality and service in the car business

My neighbor had torn my plastic bumper of my Honda Odyssey and was not repairable. I had visited several local body shops and the quotes were ridiculous. Autobella replaced and repainted a new bumper for half the cost of those body shops. It was done in a day and a half to my surprise. Great job.

My family had a very dirty volvo xc90 that we used this summer for camping. I have to say I was a bit taken back by how well the car came out. It is white with black interior and the soiling was terrible. Autobella did a major job on the detail. Definitely recommended.

I have dealt with my share of jerks in the car business and was very pleased when Tom actually had an honest conversation with me about a problem with my car. Big time dairy spill in the back floor brought me to this business. It was not a speedy job but the end result was great. No more smelly interior.. Tom explained how live cultured enzymes are used to first clean the problem and an ozone machine is used in the end to finish it off. It Worked !

I had my Tahoe tinted by Autobella a bit darker than was allowed as I had a doctors letter to do so. They accommodated my wishes in every way. The job was done relatively fast and no bubbles or problems with the installation. Definitely will return and refer.

I brought in my filthy, camping, traveling, kid mobile Toyota Sienna. I warned them on the level of filth they were about to encounter. I was laughed at...I picked up the car at the end of the day and almost fell over when I saw it. Wanted to take off my shoes to get in like it was a living room. The whole car was spotless even the cruddy mats were new. I'm not a particularly clean person but this puts a whole new curve in my program. This is the kind of clean I like.

I don't know why I didn't learn my lesson after taking one car here, but now, two vehicles and nearly $1,000 later, I'm done with them. First car is black, a difficult color I know. Dropped it off and was told "no problem, we'll get it looking new." Upon picking it up, it looked great. From about 15 feet away. Looked a little closer, and swirl marks reared their ugly faces. Everywhere. I could actually see the marks the buffer left behind!! On top of that, one wheel wasn't even cleaned very well. They said it was stained and there was nothing they could do.
Whatevs.

I thought the second car would be a little better, mostly since it wasn't black, but actually pretty light colored, and newer. WRONG. The headliner was not touched at all. There were some marks on center stack that I thought would be pretty easy to remove, apparently not. This car also had some front bumper damage, so I sprung for their onsite paint service for an additional couple hundo. They resprayed/repainted about half the bumper, fixing about half the damage, and did not even touch the other side. The side they did repair does not have the same shine as the original paint, very noticeable in direct sun.

I called and mentioned these issues and was told to bring it back. I don't exactly live nearby, so it is not worth it for me to return. I honestly don't know how there are so 5* reviews; people either don't know or just don't care enough about their vehicles to notice this is not a proper detail. I guess getting it good and shiny is 'good enough' for most drivers.

I had taken my BMW to Autobella for a detail and learned that they can also do plastic bumper repairs. The right corner of my front bumper was literally torn and they did an onsite repair and I could not tell it had even been damaged. This seems like it would be a very popular service as I see banged up bumpers all day. Perfect job and delivery. I will be back for future services.

As some of the other reviews talk about the great jobs Autobella did to help sell customers cars, well I will second the motion. We had a pre sale detail done and it made all the difference in the world. The car was a dump and it now is shocking how clean it is. We also used their listing service for selling our car and it was sold in 24 hours. I attribute the speed of the sale to the detail as this is a solid way to present your car for sale.

Just had my Jaguar detailed at Autobella. Great work. Also had the drivers seat dyed by the owner of the company, looks and feels like new. This is my fourth car that has been detailed by this business and my happiness continues.

I've been searching for an auto detail place in Portland to detail a 2005 Ford Escape that I bought a couple months ago. I saw the 5 star rating and almost made an appointment with Autobella. I decided to skim over the reviews and make sure they weren't fake. I'm SERIOUSLY thinking most of them are. "Customers" going on low rated reviews and insulting the people. The actual owner or someone who at least represents the business also insulting customers that I are putting low ratings on it is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. EVERY SINGLE complaint is met with childish name calling and comments. I will NEVER do business with someone with such LOW business ethics. I would never treat my customers this way in my business. (And no... I don't own a detail shop.. I'm a photographer, so don't go off about some conspiracy.)

I have an older car that needed some attention to the interior & exterior. I was not sure what I wanted. The owner gave me some good insight as to what I should do. All in all the detail came out nicer that I expected so the car went back into storage until the rain goes away...

Selling your car yourself is a P.I.A. so we decided to use Autobella to help us. The car was "pre sale" detailed and we also used their auto listing service. They did all the work for us except sell the car. Detail, Pictures, Listing and helped field the calls and emails. We sold the car in two days. This service is a great idea !

If you are a person who regularly has their car detailed, you should try this place. I'm from Sacramento & I have my car detailed every quarter. The services are a bit different down here but we drove to Portland for a mothers day gathering and decided to get the car detailed while we were here and loved it. I was able to schedule my car online and a return email was sent back immediately even at 9pm. We'll spread the word down here.

I had my SUV detailed prior to sale and Autobella did a great job. It was not terrible but definitely needed some TLC. I sold the car in two days after the detail. I love how they get into the cracks and crevasses and leave the carpets groomed. This is how it looked when it was new, I hated to sell it as the detail made it feel like a new car again. Oh Well....Thanks again Autobella.

I came to City Search looking for input on an auto detailer...I am still struggling to understand how Autobella was rated nearly a five star. My car detail was a disappointment and the follow-up and follow through was even worse. I would just say, yes, you can save a few dollars going to Autobella. But, it is worth it to pay a little more for the detail you expect. I would not return to Autobella and I am hoping that my input may help save someone else from going through a similar experience. Signed a disappointed customer.

Brought in my filthy old minivan with terrible carpets and seats. I was unsure what was to come of it as it was in bad shape. I was shocked to see that 95% of all the filth & stains were gone. I left the car overnight so it would be dry when I picked it up. We had to throw the floormats away as they were not cleanable. They did a super job.

I used Autobella to do a pre sale detail on my toyota and it worked out just right. I was offered a service by the owner to list my car on their website and I went with it as I'm an older man and did not want people coming to my house to test drive my car. Autobella took the calls on the car and sent me a buyer in 1 day. Now that's faster than I expected. Thank you Tom. I will be referring you as much business as I can.

My black car had major water spots on the glass and paint from where I live in southern California. I was up here for business and had a short window of time so I decided to have my BMW detailed. This company was able to get me in immediately and did a great job on the finish. They were able to remove all the hard water spotting from all the surfaces without damaging anything. Now I understand why they are so popular up here.

We came in from a small town and gladly surrendered $250 for a Complete Detail, and were pleased to find that we could leave our car for a week before coming back to pick it up. Unfortunately, a few details were missed. When I pointed the specific things out in a composed and calm email the owner replied. "The first three mentioned should have been removed ... If there is anything I can do to remedy please let me know." Since we live far from Portland and couldn't make a return trip to Autobella before selling the car, Tom discounted our price. Had circumstances for Tom and us been different, I'm sure we would've come away with exactly the detail job we'd been after. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to Autobella.

They really know their stuff. I had a water leak problem for about a year coming into my interior. Mold and smells started to grow and it was bad news. I had to have the car towed to them as I could not even drive it. They explained they would remove the seats, trim & carpet & replace the wool pad under the carpet. They also informed me that most of the wool on the back of auto carpet is partial organic, that's why it grows mold so fast and smells. They replaced it with a nylon product that will not do that. It was all done in 10 hours. I will definitely refer you guys to anyone who needs this kind of repair. Outstanding Job.

Window tinting seems to hard to come by in Portland these days, seems most have closed up shop. I called several numbers and they were disconnected. When I called Autobella they said I could come in now and they could tint my corvette while I waited, so I went across the street to TINY's coffee shop . Took about 2 ours and I was out the door with a great tint job and done in a flash.

These guys did an awesome job tracking & repairing a sunroof leak in my Landrover. Constant mold smell & water in the floors was getting old especially with kids. They tracked the problem, detailed the interior & used an ozone machine to kill the stink. I have not found any shop on the west coast that has this level of knowledge with mold problems. Highly recommend.

I bought a used 99 Subaru in fair condition. The interior looked awful - mostly dirt and stains. But I needed a AWD vehicle immediately for my wife to get to work safely in the Oregon winter. I didn't recognize it when I picked it up. It looked so much better inside and out. They really did as much as could be done. I was really surprised to see that they made the engine also look like new. Shortly after driving out of the shop, I had car trouble. I thought at the time that it might have been something they had done to it. Tom the owner did everything he could to take car of it and help me get to a mechanic. When I took it to my mechanic, I found it was not anything Autobella did to my car - I am sure of that. But I was really happy with the way Tom was concerned about it. Thank You Tom and Autobella - Five Stars For You Guys!!!!! I'll Be Back!

I was impressed when I picked up my highlander from detailing. We are selling it and it had tons of dog hair throughout the interior. These guys removed 99.9% of the hair & smell. I gave them a serious project & it came out perfect by my standards. They also did some small exterior trim repairs at no charge.

I frequent another shop in the Bay area where I live. I found Autobella through a friend that lives in the Pearl. Its apparent that my friend has good taste. Autobella did an excellent job on my Cayenne. It had seen I5 and was a mess. I was scheduled the same day I called and the car was done within a few hours. I will be returning again when I come back through. How about a shop down in the Bay area ? Autobella would kill the competition.

A gallon of soy milk spilled in the cargo area of my RAV4 two weeks ago, like an idiot I neglected to clean it up completely. I found Autobella through my mechanic. I dropped off the car and was told that I would have to replace the wool underlayment below the cargo cover. I was confused but the owner Tom was very knowledgeable on these types of problems and he filled me in clearly how the process would take place. After they were done they even did a free ozone treatment for me. The cost was reasonable and the service was completed in one day. I'm impressed.

I had brought my car here for detailing before I was going to sell it. This shop did a magnificent job on my car. It was a bit filthy as I have never detailed it before. When I got it back, I was tossing around if I should keep it. Instead I posted it on their site for sale and It sold in 2 days. I will be spreading the word guys.

I was taking my cat to the vet in a cardboard transport box and he urinated in the box. It soaked through the cardboard into the seat and the foam. Tom explained that the smell is difficult to get out especially when it is deep in the foam. He ordered new foam and installed it and it smells like new. He was able to install the new foam in 4 hours so we could leave town.

My child had drawn on the leather seats of our honda odyssey. I figured it will never come out. I had visited Autobella once for other services and this time Tom was able to make dye and cover over the pen marks. I looks like it never happened. I had know idea this could be done. He did a great job and it only took about 30 minutes. Great job. Thanks

I won an auto detail session from a charity auction event. I'm always scared to take my range rover someplace that I have never been too, but I am completely satisfied with the result. This shop did a beautiful job on my car. It was done on time as promised, and the car is beautiful. I can't stop staring at my car. I know it's just a thing... but I want to spend the night sleeping in my car they did such a nice job.
