Our family was devestated when we learned we needed more help in caring for our 90+ year old grandmother. We searched all around town for a place as special as she is. When we walked into Celebrate Today we immediately knew this was our prayers' answer. Five years later, Grandma is still happily living here. These wonderful people have taken us all in just like family. The home is beautiful, the care is great(and I'm over there practically every day) and these wonderful people go so above and beyond what anyone could ever imagine. We are so grateful for their love and service!

Home away from home--This place and the wonderful ladies who work here have been such a blessing for our family over the past 5 years. They have taken in my grandmother and treated us all like members of the family. We searched all over

I placed my Mother here in the fall of 2009 due to dementia and other ailing illnesses. The owner and caregivers have taken great care of my mother and also of me. They have always been warm, welcoming, informative and hightly EXPERIENCED

Hello my name is Veronica and I recently purchased Celebrate Today. I have been the new owner for the last year and have had no complaints or complications. I am state certifed and license and openly communicate with ombudsman and state licensers.Ive been in this business for 18 years and I take pride in all I do. My care home and the residents in it are my first priority. The home speaks for itself. I am blessed with the oppertunity to work with wonderful experienced staff and loving familys that stay involved with there loved ones and participate in there daily lives. This home is truly a wonderful place to live. We offer more than just basic care. My goal for each resident is to be sure there needs are meet on a daily basis. We communicate with physicians and family to ensure we give the proper care to each person. Ive had happy clients and familys. If intrested in a loving home for your loved one stop by and view the home for yourself. Im sure you will enjoy your visit, get to meet the staff on hand and ask all the questions and get all the information you need.

Recently, my grandfather suffered a massive stroke in Salem, Oregon (June '08). Upon hearing the heartbreaking news that my own Grandad was mistreated and ABUSED at this facility, I was shocked. You would think that healthcare professionals that enter into this field of work would actually intertwine "care, concern, and compassion" into their daily responsibilities of caring for patients like my Grandad. My parents+Gran watched as nurses (w/ no med background or experience) refused to feed him for HOURS when he woke early in the morning AND as they verbally abused him by telling him he could not leave his room when THAT WAS HIS NEW HOME...how would they have felt if someone came into their home and mandated what they can and can't do? My Mom even had to stop one woman from giving him the WRONG medication for crying out loud! Stay Away!

If you read this review, you will think twice (and no more) about ever placing your loved one in "Celebrate Today" rehabilitation facility in Salem, Oregon. Recently, my grandfather suffered a massive stroke in Salem, Oregon (June '08). I'm the oldest grandchild of 7 (28 yrs old) and we're very close. To watch him undergo the debilitating pain of a stroke is a heartache. Upon hearing the heartbreaking news that my own Grandad, a man so gentle and respected among family, friends, peers, etc. was mistreated and ABUSED at this facility, I was shocked. You would think that healthcare professionals that enter into this field of work would actually intertwine "care, concern, and compassion" into their daily responsibilities of caring for patients like my Grandad. In fact, the opposite occurred. My Parents/Gran are very near in proximity to this facility. In front of their very eyes, they watched as nurses (who, mind you, are not even required by the state to get proper training necessary for adult day care provision and usually have no medical background prior to working at a foster home) refused to feed my Grandad for hours when he woke early in the morning, as he's done his whole life (as if you can change someone who's 76!)...hours he went hungry...AND, as they verbally abused him by telling him he could not leave his room when THAT WAS HIS NEW HOME...how would they have felt if someone came into their home and mandated what they can and can't do? Especially when my Gran is PAYING for this care. Lastly, the workers at this facility (since we can't call them nurses or "professionals" for that matter) verbally disrespected my Mom and Gran to their faces by talking as if my Grandad had no decency as to request food when he was hungry or to get out of his room due to boredom, and, to my knowledge, they never once apologized to them for their lack of professionalism. My Mom had to stop one woman from giving him the WRONG medication for crying out loud! Stay Away!

Pros: None

Cons: Read my review: poor care, lack of training, lack of respect, and unprofessional
