Lived here for the past 3 years and have really enjoyed it. My neighbors are nice and more importantly - quiet! Management is nice and attentive, I appreciate the communication in both writing and over the phone. Maintenance was addressed same day I asked. I love the location the most, right near tons of food and easy access to everything. Wish I didn't have to move.

I've lived here for 3 months and can't wait to move!

These apartments seem great. They're a decent size, good price, 2 pools, laundry rooms, convenient location.

The thing is, it's right on a busy street. I don't know any of my neighbors- it feels like temporary housing. The "recreation room" is horrid, and they charge a $50 deposit to even use it.

You aren't allowed to hang curtains (even if you use a tension rod, because they want the apartments to look uniform,) have pets, and management is VERY fond of leaving notes on your door rather than calling you. There is absolutely no personal touch- it's completely "corporate."

I feel, truly, like an apartment number rather than a person.

I left a FreeRecycle donation by my front door and was charged $10 because they thought it was "garbage." I tried to call and inform them it was only for donation purposes and was picked up promptly but they didn't even bother to call me back.

They inspected my apartment right after move-in, then left a note on my door saying I had piles of boxes inside that posed a fire hazard that I needed to clean. Really? After I'd just moved in? Boxes? Go figure! They didn't tell me until 2 months after the inspection, and then scheduled another one. I feel very invaded and unwelcome in a place which is supposed to be my "home." I do not feel a sense of community and I do not feel good about raising my child here.

As soon as my lease is up, I am leaving. I would not recommend this complex to anyone who isn't absolutely desperate and in a financial bind.
