We shop frequently at this store. Items are easy to find and the store is kept clean. People are very helpful here and the prices are reasonable. Much better than home depot. Plently of parking spots. We buy a lot of flowers here, my only complaint is a few of the times we have gone they have very little selection. I think they were having vendors come in the next day.

We used to go to Eagle Hardware in the Seattle Area and loved it. So when they became Lowe's and moved into the Salem area we were thrilled. They are much more organized than Home Depot and have more of everything that you are looking for. They have a lot of staff milling around to help you find what you need.

I ent to Lowes to get some help, and I helped my self right into antoher store. They do have a lot of stuff, but the brains are lacking in some of the employees. We are the heart of any busines, right?

Yes, Lowes has everything you need for home improvement...hands down. Usually, they carry good sales (or at least run good paper adds) and the fact that they carry everything helps a ton.

Going in to buy roofing supplies, I have to say I was not impressed with their service. The associate I was dealing with did not seem to want to help me at all, as though I was a great imposition to her, and she was in Customer Service! I had even written down everything that I needed delivered, so all she had to do was input it. Very disappointing. Usually I dont have this much trouble in Lowes, but I have noticed their decline in customer service.

This lowes is wonderful! Im used to the Tigard location but we recently moved to Salem and love this store! Everything is so easy to find and always in stock! The customer service is wonderful! We even decided to put new carpeting in and they did great!
PROS: Well organized and lots of parking!
CONS: Bathrooms need more attention, but oh well!

This Lowe's is massive! It is full of excellent home improvement items and has a very good gardening section, too. They also have a wonderful children's program that they run on the second Saturday of every month. They provide children with aprons, goggles, and a kit (they get to keep all of these items) and then with the tools necessary to build the project in the kit. Kits include bird houses, race cars, space ships, etc. It's all free and children just love it.

Lowes usually has what other Home Improvement centers do not, class. This place is always clean, with great product displays and tidy aisles. The staff are always friendly and helpful
PROS: Great plant selection, Kitchen selection, and BBQ brands
CONS: The enterence to this store is not easy to find.

Our shopping experience at Lowe's has been terrific. Their employees always share great tips on how to do home improvement projects. We were painting our daughter's room & an employee spent about 30 minutes just giving us tips & hints to get the special look we were wanting. She really went above & beyond helping us to pick out the items we needed!!

Lowe's has consistently provided good service and a great selection of goods. Their employees are helpfula and willing to help even the most inexperienced shoppers find what it is they are looking for/needing. Their store hours are wonderful (they open at 6am) and the selection of goods they sell is fantastic. The garden center also has a lot of reasonably priced high-quality plants and to date not one has died that I have planted in my yard!

I love Lowe's. They have such a clean store, with so much selection. Their garden center is organized and beautiful even just to browse. They have a large home decor department also. Great store for shopping or browsing!

Last month my husband took my son's to Lowes with him to purchase some repair legs for our couch. To our suprise they were offering a kids construction activity that was totally free. They provide each kid with a sturdy apron, eye goggles, a special patch about the item they make and a construction project to do there in the store. My son's each made little wooden bug cages. They even got special certificates! They were so proud! This month they will be going back to make first aid kits! What a wonderful free family service!

I really like this Lowes because their store is always clean, well organized and it is always easy to find what you need as every aisle is labeled. If you have a question, a worker is never far away to answer it. They will also beat other stores pricing by 10%! That has saved us money on some of our projects at home. I have always found what I have been looking for when I go into Lowes.
