Academy Of Modern Martial Arts

I have been a student at The Academy of Modern Martial Arts for seven years. The training and support I have gained have immeasurable value to my life, whether at work, home or at school. My ability to handle my workload as a full time college student has been greatly enhanced by the skills I have learned as a martial artist. My instructors are caring and competent; the community that they have created is welcoming and genuinely cares about the well-being of every student.

The school is affordable and conveniently located in downtown Lake Oswego in the Lake Place shopping center behind Petco. Class offerings range from Tai Chi, and Karate to Grappling (Mixed Martial Arts) and Kick-boxing; most classes are in the evening with some day time and Saturday classes. Private instruction is also offered at various times. I highly recommend AMMA and its instructors to everyone.

AMMA is a great school for martial arts training. Whether you simply want to learn effective fighting skills in a variety of styles, or you want to develop the martial artist's attitude of inner strength, you will gain more than you expect. My training there has given me confidence in all aspects of my life, and helped me to succeed in my personal endeavors. I highly recommend checking out a class or three at AMMA.
