I visited this shop last week and was impressed with the speed and the quality of the work. While there learning about the business, I never saw anyone get charged more than quoted ... most unusual in the auto biz where you get them in the door with low prices before you scew them. Jon took this shop over last year and runs a nice clean business. Oregon City gives him their work too. He was a manager & trainer at a large nationwide chain for many years. I would recommend his services to anyone. If you are lucky he might work on something besides muffler systems but he greatly prefers to do those. He is a family man and you can often find his wife and one or more of of his 4 kids there.

He not only can fix the exhaust system he has a computer that can tell him what caused the original problem so that can be fixed too.

I found it interesting that he buys used catalytic converters. He often has a good used car for sale too.

I visited this shop to have a dual exhaust installed on my vehicle. These people are NOT competent!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. They may be good at bolting mufflers on like Midas, but I wouldn't let them custom bend anything!

Then the guy got upset because I came back because the poorly fitting pipes were rattling. Didn't want to fix it, heated the pipe and pried it around. It still rattles, but I won't go back

Be advised, backyard mechanics working here!!!!

Oregon City Muffler is a great place to go. We had to go here when we got a hole in our muffler. They were very nice and very quick to put a new muffler on. I would reccommend this place to anyone.
