Horrible customer service!!! Manager has no customer service skill, very very rude!!! We ordered the same cake, one piece was half the size of the other one, didn't feel like that piece was worth $9 so I asked for a new piece, they took that piece and brought back the same piece back but stuffed the bottom of the cake with more cream that probably cake of the plate where the cake was cut... looked grose!!! When I pointed it out that that's the same piece with added cream ...they took it back and the manager told me that they are out of the cake, so I ordered another piece. About 20 min later they bring that same cake I ordered to a table next to us... nice big piece... when I say that she told me she was out she had more excuses and was arguing in a rude way.... will not go back!! First they try to give me the same piece back, then lie that they are out and then the manager was very rude and not apologetic. Cant believe what experience I had.

Really I don't get all the hub bub about this place. I went with the girls last winter to have a girls night and sorta wrap up the activities for the end of the year...Its just dessert really, the service is impecable, the dessert was so so

If you are a dessert fan, Papa Haydn's for you... They have such a diverse selection. The location is great-- on "trendy-third" (23rd Ave) and its wonderful for business lunch or dinners. Brunch is good, but I don't think it was that great either. Stick with the desserts and main menu.

The desserts here are fabulous. Go with friends and share so you can taste more things. The triple chocolate cake is divine.

The food isn't worth the price. It can be real hit or miss, is overpriced for what you get and is never as good as the desserts. An expensive tab if the only saving grace is the slice of cake at the end.

Last night a good friend and i went to Papa Haydn's for a desert. She had been there many times, and this was mu first. I am so glad we went! The food was amazing! I ordered a White Chocolate mint cake dish. The make it all fancy and it is simply delicious! Take you time and enjoy what you eat!

Papa Haydn's is a wonderful place to go if you have a craving for incredibly rich desserts. Once you catch sight of the dessert display case, it all looks so good that you won't have a clue what to order. The prices are a little steep but the desserts are well worth it. An easy way to eat dinner somewhere else and then head on down to Papa Haydn's for dessert. So if youre in the mood for rich desserts and youre willing to pay for them, Papa Haydn's is the place for you.

Their desserts are phenomenal! This is the place to go if you are looking to have an elegant dessert with a classy atmosphere. The desserts are rich and satisfied my sweet tooth. They are a little expensive but well worth it. Not your run of the mill slice of cake!

Papa Hydn recently catered a wedding I went to, and the food was fabulous. The staff was very professional & courteous. Their place on 23rd is almost always busy during the lunch and dinner hours; I recently stopped by for dessert at 10:00 PM on a Friday night and was told the wait would be about an hour. I don't know that it's worth waiting an hour for, but the desserts are heavenly. You've never seen anything like 'em before.

wonderful berry meringue and fantastic cakes. service is rather slow during peak hours but they're willing to make up for it . food is so-so, nothing to rave about. sunday brunch is great too.

You come here for their notorious dessert selection: an amazing display of confectionary delight. The lunch and dinner menus are equally outstanding and impressive, as is the knowledgable staff. Great location--have lunch, walk around 23rd shops, come back for an afternoon espresso and dessert!
