This restaurant and bar is a fun place to visit with friends - the food, especially the BBQ and the pasta dishes are excellent. Their salads are tasty - as well as beautiful to look at. Prices are reasonable - and they have a wide selection of cocktails, if you are so inclined. Service has usually been excellent, although not always. Most recently all has been better in that department. I recommend this restaurant highly.
The salads served with the meals are definitely unique. They have chick peas, corn, kidney beans, cucumbers, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes. You also have a wide variety of dressings to choose from.
Meals are very well proportioned -- you get your money's worth here! You will probably end up taking a box of leftovers home for lunch the next day.
I had the chicken alfredo, and it was very savory. The noodles were soft and gooey, and the cream had just the right consistency.
Our server was very attentive and friendly.
I have been going to and recommending Turtles for quite a while and it is by far my favorite restaurant anywhere! They have fantastic drinks (Scooby Snack is my fav), make their own salad dressing, have creative house salads, nice wait staff, and an awesome atmosphere. I love it! I would eat there every day if I could. I recommend the charbroiled salmon with house salad and mashed potatoes. Mmmm, the perfect dinner.
Pros: Lighting
Cons: Parking
I frequently have been going to Turtles now for the last year. The food and staff are excellent, especially Victoria. The dinner salad and beef burgundy soup are definitently my two favorite things to get there, they also have great burgers and sandwiches and Steaks too, I recomend the Parmesan fish sanwich! They also have a very good wine list. And you definently cant beat $1.00 oyster shooters!
Pros: Great food and staff
Cons: Parking,
Cute ladies, crazy sports bar, good bar food and private parking are many of the things Turtles does right. Their stiff drinks are also a reason to come here during a week night , game or no game.
Pros: Value, Service, Sports
Cons: Parking, Bathrooms
