The Bel-Aire Inn Express was rebuilt in 2004 when the property was purchased by the current owner of the nearby Surftides Inn on the Beach also in Lincoln City. This Hotel offers very clean rooms at a very affordable rate. Some rooms even include an ocean view. Being 3 Diamond rated by AAA and having never allowed Smoking or Pets. The rooms are still in new condition. The rates are EXTREMELY low for how nice this new hotel is. Great place to stay whether on vacation or travelling for business.

This is just your average motel. The rooms are like mini-houses. I supose for the price, you are getting an alright deal. This is just not my ideal place to stay while I am at the beach with my family. The rooms could stand to be a bit cleaner.
PROS: The price is not hefty.
CONS: I would choose somewhere else if I could afford to.
