Nail La Belle

I have been going to several places over the year and always come back to Nail La Belle. Any of the other salons nails peal up in just a couple days for me and they make them really thick. Nail La Belle always listens to me and does exactly what I want. I love that. They are also very accomidating when you need a repair.

I totally recommend them!

I went to Nail la Belle' in Eugene, Oregon for the first time this last weekend with my mom and sister. I had made a reservation for the three of us over the telephone, which was a major chore in itself since only one employee seemed to be able to speak English well enough to carry on a telephone conversation. :( We arrived on time to find the store crowded with a general feeling of hectic chaos. There is no place for a person to comfortably wait for their turn. I told an employee we had arrived for our pedicures and we were told we had to wait. A few chairs opened up and my sister and mom were told to sit down so their feet could be done. And then they informed me we would not be able to sit together. Once we were all seated they began our pedicures. It cost $25 for about 15min. of time. Most of the employees did not speak english and had to tap your legs or feet to get you to put them where they wanted them. Some of the pedicure was painful but they didn't bother to ask if we were comfortable. I have never had a pedicure go so fast. It was very obvious they were rushing through the process to get as many people through. One coat of polish was put on our toes, and my toe nails weren't even painted all the way and we were told to get out of the chairs. Two day later my toe nail polish is already chipping. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. If you want good service, DO NOT GO HERE!

I just went into their salon to try it out and did not have a good experience at all!! I made an appointment, and still had to wait for 20 minutes. They were yelling to each other in their language the entire time, my nails started to lift and weird bubbles came up in my acrylic. To top it off, they tried to overcharge me!! The customer service sucks, I was rushed and their prices are outrageous!!

I have been going to Nail La Belle for years now. I see the same tech every time and she is great! I've had solars, pedis, manis, the works. I would recommend my tech to anyone. I have very sensitivive hands and have had lots of techs in the past tear up my skin and nails. Tracy is great!

I was hoping for a decent experience, but it turned out to be my worst nail experience EVER! When I arrived for my appointment, the employees were arguing in their own language, and making fun of other clients. I received a full set of acrylics and my nail tech never asked me how long I wanted them or if I wanted anything else applied. That same day, two of the acrylics just applied began to separate from my nails. I called to have them fixed and they scheduled an appointment. However, when I arrived, and the same tech began to fix them, she complained repeatedly with her associates that my nails were NOT broken. She complained right in front of me! I tried to thank her for fixing what she did, but she basically ignored me. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE or recommend it to anyone. It was my worst customer service experience EVER!

PROS: Walk-ins accepted, pleasant receptionist
CONS: Horrible customer service, just as costly as any nail salon

Nail La Belle in the Valley River Center is one of those average types of nail salons. They do ok work, but I'm sure that there are a number of better places in the Eugene area. Try somewhere else first, and use Nail La Belle as a last resort.
