A totally amazing kitchen experience! I love their table linens, very different and beautiful. Sandy is the queen of linens. Frank & Roy are knowledgeable and friendly, and stand by their products. I bought a Wusthof cook's knife there that has become our main kniife for everything. We also found a beautiful hand-cast mussel pot that is gorgeous on the table; top comes off for an elegant oval shell-bowl. All the staff are great - Debbie, Jen, Lori, and more -- truly helpful and interested in our projects. Excellent selection of high-end and beautiful things. Go on a GP First Friday if you want the full experience. I love this store!

The Kitchen Company has it all... over priced? perhaps, but I would rather buy there than Macys. No matter what one person tells you... the staff is friendly and helpful.
I am the CopToCook.com and lived in Spain many years in the Air Force. I have made more Paella than Franco did. The kitchen SCo. has all the righ Paella pans to feed madrid. Paella is a typical Spanish recipe and is traditionally cooked in a "paellera" - a round flat pan with two handles - which is then put on the table. It is normally made using shellfish but can also be made with chicken or rabbit. In many Spanish villages, especially in coastal areas, they use a giant paellera to cook a paella on festival days which is big enough to feed everybody. Mucho Gusto, and Viva the Kitchen Company in Grants Pass, tell Lori and Sandy hello. signed CoptoCook.com U.S. Marshal ...Bill

My husband and I have been shopping at the Kitchen Co. for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. The selection is second to none and special orders are never a problem. We always get what we want. They offer free gift wrapping and always have a large selection of 50% off items that are out front to start with.
We purchase gifts for our clients as we finish kitchens for them and in the past have bought; counter top wine chillers, coffee makers, serving bowls, many items for our home bar, very nice barbecue accessories, linens, cookbooks (great selection), utensils, knives, crockery, etc.
We would highly recommend Frank and Roy to anyone shopping for kitchen items.

The Kitchen Company is a specialty kitchen supply store. They carry world class cookware, professional quality utensils and much much more! You'll find highest quality silicone spatulas, French hand made pots and pans, cookbooks, loads and loads of specialty items for only certain dishes etc. You can't go wrong shopping here whether it is for yourself or as a gift!

If you need a specialty kitchen item, this is the store for you. But be prepared for the high prices and abrupt staff. On the occasions I have shopped there I have found the staff to be borderline rude. While they would direct me toward what I needed, they would act as though it was an imposition to do so. I do still shop there if I am in need a certain kitchen tool, but I do look other stores and online first.
