This is the most HONEST used car lot that I have ever dealt with. I have now bought two vehicles from there. They both have been very reliable vehicles. With the first one, the tranny went out two weeks after I bought it. I went to see them and told them my problem. I was told to bring the car in and they would check it out. They even gave me a loaner car in the meantime. After about a month, I got my car back with a new tranny in it. I WASNT CHARGED for it. The next one I bought I have had for a year now with no problems at all. Don is the greatest sales person that I have and will ever meet. Kudos to them. Keep up that honesty.If you are looking for a reliable vehicle, go to pat. Be honest with them and they will work with you.

Yes he is absolutely honest. I have horrible credit and so does my other half. We got a 93 Dodge Intrepid in great shape and paid about $300 down for it and worked out a good faith payment plan which was very reasonable, even with us living from paycheck to paycheck. We weren't pressured into something we couldn't afford or didn't want. The office is cozy and the employees are friendly and caring. The windshield on the car we got was cracked, but the day after we brought it home he sent someone to our house to replace the windshield free of charge, right there in front of our house! When it overheated a few weeks later on a very hot day, he made a deal with an auto shop for us to replace a part for not much more than the price of the part itself. He will treat you like family.

I bought a car from him the day after he took it in as a trade. He believed it was a well cared for car. When things went wrong in a big way he offered to fix it or take it back and let me pick another car....and he followed through on that offer. It's not just an empty promise he makes to sell you a used car, this guy is a cut above the rest, he backs what he sells. I wouldn't buy from any other used car lot in Portland.

Mr. Twyman is a honest and trustworthy used car salesman. When I needed a car he was straight with me. No running back and forth to ask the boss... He IS the boss. No credit hassles. Reasonable prices and great payment plan. Guaranteed that if anything broke down (at any time) to bring it back to him and he'd take care of it. Nothing of mine broke but it was nice to have that assurance. It's nice to have a "traditional" business deal.... Where you look the person in the eye, shake hands and sit down for coffee.
