I found Dr. Royster to be very gracious but the business is about making money. There are many unnecessary tests ordered or suggested at high costs with which the average pet owner is unfamiliar. Many things are recommended or done without asking the client. It is a shame to compromise good clients because of nichel-and-diming them.

Great people--Great care!! I have been a client for over 40 years. Dr. Royster genuinely cares about his patients. I have recommended several people over the years and they have all been very satisfied.

wow. Sounds like a pissed of previous employee. HAH is an amazing place with awesome people. Dont pay any attention to the previous post. It always smells nice and that evening receptionist, most polite young lady I've ever met.

This is the place! Have referred 5 people there and all are thrilled. Dr. Reggie loves all animals and it shows. Staff is kind and loving to all animals. Given all options and costs, helps weigh benefits of treatment with quality of life. Everything a great vet should be!

What a great place! I've referred 5 people to Dr. Royster at Haverford Animal Hospital and all of them are thrilled with his gentle manner and expert knowledge. He understands the financial difficulty some care poses and helps people balance quality of life with treatment options.
