Gatto Cycling and Fitness is one of my favorite bike stores. They have such a wonderful stock of bikes on hand and the staff is really friendly. They also offer twice a year inspections and maintenance free for anyone who buys a bike. This is a wonderful feature that most bike stores do not offer, and the offer is good for the lifetime of the bicycle. They also sells really cool segways and have them there for you to try. The staff is really cool and nice.
Staff is courteous and very very helpful. You get free work done on your bike for the life of the bike if you buy it here, and they even do 'checkups' before each riding season to make sure it's in tiptop shape.
The staff doesn't try to upsell you on crazy things you don't need (like titanium frames, etc). They help you find the bike you're looking for, and the accessories you need-- not the bike they get the most comission off of, and the accessories they think are cool.
