The food here is pretty good and the delivery service usually isn't too bad. Their sandwiches, wraps and salads are what I would recommend. For the most part it is a good restaurant.

The food here is amazing and inexpensive. Their salads are HUGE and can probably fill three people. Their pitas are also great and they offer whole wheat which is awesome.

The only minute problem is the place is always PACKED! Delivery can sometimes take a while and the order is not always exact.. but the food overshadows all of that!

Until today, a LARGE group of us at work used to order from Greek Lady several times a week. We loved their food, especially the pita chips! Despite frequent errors in the orders we still would order and were loyal customers. Today, we placed an order for delivery. An hour and 20 mins later, still no food. Called to check the status of our delivery, figured it was just probably busy, we were told, "the delivery guy left with your order over an hour ago. He should be there any minute." Twenty mins later, STILL no food. Called again. Asked if our order could be "re-made" since it was made almost 2 hours earlier and riding around the city somewhere. We were told, OK. Five mins later we got a call that the delivery was here. No way they remade the order and delivered it all in 5 mins. The delivery guy told us the food was still warm, as a coworker took out a steak sandwich and it was stone cold! AND SOGGY! He said he wouldn't take it back. Eventually apologized but we still had 2 hour old, cold food. Another coworker called to speak with someone at Greek Lady and to explain that we were loyal, frequent, large order customers and were REALLY surprised at this response from the delivery guy. She was polite and never raised her voice (there were 6 witnesses to this phone conversation as we put the phone on speaker-mode). He said she was calling him a liar and that he worked 40 hours this week and how dare she "f***ing call (him) a liar." He was raising his voice, using the f-word several more times and said if she called him a liar again that he'd "come up (there)" and confront us then he hung up on us.Even at places that I have experienced really poor customer service, I have NEVER experienced ANYTHING like this. We were speechless. Needless to say, GREEK LADY has lost a frequent large order customer and we will never order from them again. I'm sure this won't impact the majority of their customers but I just wanted to let people know.

Greek Lady is located in the campus of University of Pennsylvania and is open to late to serve college students' late night munchies. The food is decent, not very Greek, ironic because of its name, and the price is not that cheap. There is an option for delivery and is probably the best bet if you are around campus because the line inside the joint can get long and it is very disorganized. Service is poor-mediocre and they tend to give you that annoying Philly attitude ~ maybe it is a complex because people who work there do not attend UPenn / Wharton.

Pros: Open til late, delivery options, good lemon-potatoes

Cons: Mediocre service & Philly attitude, can forget your order, not very Greek

The Greek Lady has always been a staple on the University of Pennsylvania's campus, but now that it has gone from a food truck to a full-size restaurant on the 40th Street Corridor, Lady afficionados can eat gyros at all hours of the day. Friendly, local service and hearty portions mean a great deal. The salads easily feed two, and the grilled chicken is moist and delicious. On the weekends, they stay open until 3 am to serve the local college crowd, and they offer delivery at all times. A must try for all.

PROS: Reasonably-priced, fresh made, giant portions
CONS: Not always incredibly fast
