I frequent this Pub often when I am looking for an upscale place to watch a game, or when I am looking for a little more than typical Pub Fare. Tops!

We really like Oakmont, but their parking is a pain. The closest parking where you don't risk being towed is off Darby Road. This keeps us away sometimes. The food is good and the service is fine, nothing too special but its local and close, just needs more parking.

I came here recently with some friends when the weather was nice and we were able to sit outside and enjoy some drinks and dinner. The menu has a lot of great choices and the food was good! The inside bar is also really nice. It's worth a visit!

Superior beer lineup on tap, always seasonally adjusted. Menu extends far beyond what you would expect from a high class pub, many gourmet dishes. Pub is clean, fun and always lively.

Outdoor seating in good weather is simply the best on the main line, bar none.

Pros: Beer Selections, Outdoor seating options, Food variety, high def screens for games

Cons: Wish it was bigger

The Oakmont is overall an excellent place for a great bite to eat.
The outside dining is excellent in the Summer time. Service is always quite good.
Beer selection is very good but wine selection is quite bad, they could really improve in that area and make a lot more money.
Sometimes the wait for a table is quite long as its a very popular place.

We weren't expecting much...but this is much more then the usual pub food. Big, juicy burgers, yummy pastas, and fully-loaded salads. And the biggest surpise was the great selection of well-prepared fish entrees on Fridays during lent!
Service is generally very good...EXCEPT for late dinners on Fri & Sat (it can get pretty bad). Another late-nite, weekend-dining, con: there is live music later in the evenings, which can be really annoying if you are sitting in the booths inside
A great "go to" in the area....as long as you go during the week or early in the evening.
