Worst photo supply store I have ever been to; if I could have given it zero stars I would have. Every staff member I talked to had horrible customer service and offered no help with my problems whatsoever. I went into the store asking for a specific type of paper and was told that another brand was the EXACT same paper, however when I took it home to use it, I discovered that it was, in fact, not at all like the paper I had requested. All contact sheets and prints I tried to make were of horrible quality with no contrast whatsoever and looked nothing like the comparisons I made with the correct paper. The staff had given me false information and then when I returned to the store for help, gave me inaccurate and unhelpful suggestions. The owner didn't even know the correct information or details of the paper! I should have expected such horrible customer service when I first entered the store and witnessed how rude the staff was to another customer, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, after my experience, I am appalled that a store with customer service like this could still be in business. I would not suggest purchasing anything from this store. Not only are the staff members rude and arrogant, their products are all terribly overpriced.

Webb Cam, in fact, has nothing to do with "webcams" of the internet; Webb is the family name, and the business has been going since long before the world wide web.

High prices on film, a limited stock of used goods, but they're practically the last independent camera store in Phila, so it's nice to support them.

Full line of tripods, bags, film protectors,and other accessories.

Webb Cam has anything you might possibly need for photography; film, cameras, lights, paper, you name it. However, in comparison to its competitor, Calumet, it's a tad more expensive. But if you are in the Center City/Chinatown area, it's worth spending the little bit of extra money to get what you need.

Webb Cam is a close pleasant little shop to run to when you need to get something. They have a good selection of items, the people there are nice and the prices aren't bad.

If you go to Webb Cam, talk to Mat. He is take care of you very well.

Webb Cam is rebrand of old camera store in Philadelphia. So they actually have been in business for a long time.

For a small store, the price is reasonable and they are pleasant to talk to. Small stores give great customer services.
