Ups Store

The first time that I purchased some services from this UPS Store I had the associate run a scam on me. The associate, who I believe name is Dontae had charged me for the shipping plus packaging, but the receipt read that he only rung up the shipping which undoubtedly means that he pocketed the money from charging me for the packing.

This store gives 3 receipts for each transaction and the associate staples them together. The first receipt is the form that you fill out yourself, the second two receipts are generated by the associate and cash register.

The second time that I went to this location Dontae had punched in the wrong address, switching around two numbers from the way that I had written them down. I had called the store to have the package "rerouted", the lady that answered the phone asked for the last 4 digits of my yellow receipt, I gave it to her and after calling the UPS 800 number I found out that she NEVER rerouted the package.

This UPS branch is not a good one to do business with. They have dishonest none professional people working inside of this location. Save your time and go anywhere else in the city to have your packaging needs met, but avoid this UPS store branch at all costs until they hire a more professional staff.
