Antiques Of Shadyside

I recently recieved an antique piece of jewlery from my grandparents. Well I wanted to have it insured so that it was covered under my homeowners policy. In order to do so I needed to get an appraisal. I called a few antique stores and they suggested that I go here. I showed up and the experience was horrible. They didn't even acknoledge my presence until I said something, then the brushed off my questions and told me that they didn't do appraisals and that was it. They didn't lead me anywhere and were completely rude to me.
