I have to say that both my children have seen the Nurse Practitioners since they were born. They are both wonderful, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and precise. With that said... it is almost impossible to speak with anyone to schedule an appointment, especially a sick visit. I've called three times in the past few months to speak with a nurse to check on my children's symptoms. Lucky for me, my son only had swimmers ear... but what if it was more serious??? I've been told someone will call back and have done nothing but wait. There is never a call. I've finally decided that despite how much I like the caregivers I can no longer accept this horrible service. I need to know that if my children are sick that, at the very least, I can speak to a nurse. Really, is that too much to ask????

I had been taking my children to this office since they were born. The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are wonderful with the kids. But, if you happen to need a sick visit - FORGET IT. First of all, the "phone system" will often tell you at 10 am to call during business hours when it already is business hours. If you are lucky enough to get the scheduler on the phone, she is MEAN! She seems completely aggravated to take care of anyone ~ she is worse in person. And, never leave your phone number for a nurse to call you back to see if you should bring your child in ~ by the time they call back, you could be dead. Or, they wont call at all.

The last three times I called because my daughter had an ear infection and needed amoxicillan they were too booked and I had to go sit at the emergency room and shell out $50. What is the point of having insurance and a Primary Care Physician if you end up in the emergency room instead of the DR's office?

I have changed Dr's offices and now ask myself why I went through the hassle for as long as I did.
