Caldwell Douglas Md - Redi-Care Medical Ctr

They accepted my insurance w. no co-pay. They charged my insurance 220.00 dollars. I'm now left with a 100.00 dollar bill. Now i need to waste my time trying to correct the error they made.

The staff at Redicare in Taylor were all so very nice to my children and I ...they were very efficient and professional. The PA Dershna that saw us was so wonderful.. I think shes the best one they have ; ) ...I will definetly return there again ; )

Never had an issue here and usually seen within only a few min. of waiting. Office does not run on appointments it is first come first served. Have been there several times and have always been seen much sooner than in conventional Dr's offices. Never had any issues with the staff or Dr's. They have always been polite and professional.

I was in the room with my husband when he had to be moved to a different room. The nurse said, you can wait in the waiting room if you want. I said that's ok, I will go with him. She told me that I had to wait in the waiting room and was not allowed to go with him, ( for a stupid hearing test). When I left, She turned to my husband and said " I just did that to piss her off" My husband told her how unprofessional that was and how inappropriate it was. The clinic, in my opinion, was very " cheap" and that nurse made it a place the my family will never visit again, no matter how desperate we are for an appointment. There was no reason for her saying or doing that.----------Well, I called the "clinic" today, and when I described the situation, Susan, the owner, that I spoke with said "I know exactly which nurse you are talking about and that is just her personality, that was just her way of expressing herself" YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME !!!!! She said that this is one of her best nurse and she was not even going to do anything about this unprofessionalism ! Unbelievable ! Well, I guess it is off to see what the board that licenses nurses have to say, because obviously her boss, the owner of the clinic is ok with her speaking to patients like this.

I needed a physical done for work, and I had used this office last year and was pleased, so I revisited Dr. Perrone once again for my checkup (which included a vision test, hearing test, lung capacity test, and EKG). (Was the complete workup this year.)

The center doesn't take appointments; patients are seen on a walk-in basis only. As such, from the point I signed in to the point I was called back took about 20 minutes.

The nurse did the usual weight and blood pressure, then did the tests I needed for my paperwork. Doc was busy so the nurse had me get dressed and I went back to the waiting room. About 15 minutes passed and I was called back again; after which it took about 3 min for Doc Perrone to come in.

Doc spent a good 20 min with me doing the exam and going over the tests. Very thorough exam, not rushed, answered all my questions.

Entire exam (sign in to sign out) took about an hour. I stand by my original comments, I hate going to the doctor, but my once a year visit to Doc Perrone isn't al that bad.

Would definitely recommend Redi Care, they are professional, reasonable cost, and relatively quick. For other patients, just remember that Mondays and Fridays are their busy days.

I can stress enough to people how this facility is excellent. I love every one that works at Redicare. ALso Dr. Perrone is a nice doctor and cares about his patients. The nicest, most kindest, most caring and friendly person in the world is JESSICA.. Girl you are the best and MAy said hi. Anyone is nuts not to like this staff.
