I attended Chef Jean Pierre's class to better myself in the kitchen and impress all of my friends. He is a master at what he does and has a knack of passing the knowledge onto you as well. He gives you plenty of recipes to take home and practice on. He makes you feel comfortable in the kitchen while giving you the feedback you desire. I would give him a try.
