Pep Boys

First, I had been bringing my cars to this Pep Boys for about 2 years and and in addition to a major lack of respect especially from Victor the service manager, they also are not very careful. Last December I brought my car to have an oil change and not only did they not replace the oil cap but also forgot to replace the oil drain plug. Luckily, my father noticed oil leaking from my car not long after and when I opened the hood I discovered oil all over my engine. When a brought the car to a true auto mechanic he also noted the missing oil drain plug. My car seems to be fine but I just can't be sure how much damage was done. Needless to say I will never bring car to this Pep Boys again.

This location is wonderful. The staff here is very available to help if you can't find what your looking for. They are very quick with oil changes, and fluid checks.

Everytime I come to this location, everything goes very smoothly for the most part. The staff is knowledeable and I always feel as though I am not getting ripped off. I would definitly recommend this location to anyone looking for oil changes or car repair work done!
