Amazed to find a great salon like this in a little town like Hershey! Reminds me of my favorite salon and spa in Denver. Great color and cut ... mani and pedi ! So relaxed I scheduled a spa day closer to Christmas party.

The atmosphere is falsely comfortable, it looks pleasing but is filled with bad energy. I heard the girls "complaining" behind the desk which didnt make me feel very comfertable. when i had my "consultation" with my stylist i felt more like a bother and that she didnt really care what i was saying. I came out of there feelng dissapointed and on a side note i was not entirely please with my hair.....thanks Leo Frittelli...

I was neither impressed or too disappointed. The atmosphere is welcoming and the estheticians were kind and had smiles on. However the quality of the facial that I received was nothing special. The esthetician didn't even look at my skin before she started, she just asked me a few questions about the products I used. She cleansed, toned, did a mask, put on eye pads that stung my eyes and then moisturized. All things I could have done at home. It took 30 min, and was $61.00 (for some reason the tip was included). I'm thinking that is a little over priced. One of my friends received a massage and was very satisfied. Another friend felt like crying and going home after her manicure, because the esthetician put oil on her cuticles before painting them and it looked like a 5 yr old got a hold of the nail polish. Now that I reflect back, maybe the experience was quite disappointing.

We had gone to this salon for years before it was remodeled and had the name change to Leo Frittelli. Unfortunately, the salon's atmosphere is pretentious compared to the down-to-earth atmosphere they used to have. The prices are listed as starting at $37 for haircuts but really their starting prices are more like $47. It??s disappointing. If you have money to burn, then this is your place.
