.

Very, very disappointed!!! Waited over 10 weeks for fabric to arrive, and was never told when I placed the order it was on back order. That I could have lived with but all the hoopla about the cutter and the art of cutting the fabric to make slip covers is pure nonsense. The fabric cutter is a grumpy, old, oppininated rightwing nut job, and spouts off about teachers and the reason taxes are so high. The guy broke my light in the mudroom with the fabic bolt when he first came in, dropped straight pins all over the place, and then cut the slip covers way to big for the furniture. Drop off was about as customer service oriented as the cutting visit, complaining how the operators broke serveral needles because the fabric was very thick. I complained and the cutter came out again.....again dropping pins all over, and with a tude. The final drop off was better, but I knew it wasn't worth taking more time off from work to accomodate THEIR schedule, wasn't worth the time I would have to commit to get the job done right. The sales person never said the fabric was too thick or heavy for upholstery, and I was shocked when the cutter complained. I will NEVER go there again. I could have brought new, good furniture for what I paid for the fabric (on sale no less) and the labor., Stay away from this place...It doesn't turn out like the floor models or the pictures.
