not a good builder, would not recomend. cheap prices mean cheap work. i dont think this builder is doing much work so look before you leap. we were very dissatified and disappointed with the end result and it took forever to complete. we ended up redoing a large portion of it and end result costing us more than had we contacted someone qualified int the first place.
