Callos Co

I am very dissapointed with the quality of help delivered from Callos Co. located in Pgh, PA. They are supposed to help ALL of the people who registered with them to find jobs, NOT to show favortism. I am constantly calling, showing interest and sending emails inquiring about openings posted on their website. It is very frustrating. What was the point in signing up if they were never going to keep me updated with job openings or at least return phone calls, or respond to emails?

When I knew I was losing my job last year, I emailed Callos Group and the lady I spoke/met with said how great my resume was and all that I had to offer. She even told me that I should be asking for more money than I was, so I did. It's now been over a year and she got me 1, yes, 1 single interview and I did not get the job. They were taking awhile to decide and I don't think she kept in touch with them, basically just told me to give up on it. This is your one job.. to help others get jobs and couldn't even do it. It's a shame! What a disappointment!
