Crap Company and Crappy Cars

by Terrance M.

Just bought a 1999 Chrysler LHS, very pretty car but that is about it. The car needs a new engine, needs a transmission, front end damage, new wheel bearings, they LIED about the mileage, how about the mileage is still the same place it was when I drove the car home. They had the audacity to be rude, ignorant as well as scam artist. However I do believe if enough people will stop taking this from them especially being in our neighborhoods selling our family, friends children cars that should have been at the junk yard just maybe if we will unite together we can bring this company down. I want everyone to know DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS AUCTION>>>>>BTW this is not the last you will hear of this I GUARANTEE

JUNK CARS AUCTION BEWARE!!!!

by Israel R.

I bought from them a Lincoln Continental in 2002 for $3,400.00 plus the fees that they charged. About 6 months later, I needed to start making repair after repair to the car until I pile up about $3,000.00 extra!!! Finnaly, I donated the car to charity after being frustated and scammed by these people. BEWARE OF THEM!!!! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAR!!!!

I want to know how to get my money back

by Thomas C.

This car I bought is a lemon, I bought a 1990 Pontiac Firebird Formula that needs more work then I originally paid for, I want to know how to get my money back because this is a lemon. This is unreal, these cars are just brought off the street, not even checked and then they try to sell them, how unreasonable is that. I want to know how to get my money back, or I will persue legal action.

New comer

by Anonymous

Was impressed, the few times I visited the location. However, there should be some customers service consultants who could be available so that would be buyers during the auction could ask questions about vehicles they are intrested in bidding. Also, the time allocated for visiting and viewing vehicles before the auction exrcise is too limited. Added time would allow would-be buyers to make up their mind before the auction time. I would also say that for first comers, it was hard to follow the auctioneer public speech. Please try to improve in terms speaking in distinctly. Otherwise, thisis one of the best public auction in the country. Very good.
Cheers

my sons first car

by Edward N.

Found a great deal at the aution, thanks. We saved alot of money and found a reliable car for my son that will be a great first car. Easy to get to since we live in N.J. and since we didn't have to deal with a car salemen made it all the better. I will be buying all my future cars from the aution for now on.
