I went in fully prepared to buy a Jeep Wrangler. I told them exactly what I wanted, spelled out the features I needed and short of getting on my knees, beg them to give me a price on paper for the Jeep they were trying to push on me. After wasting two and half hours of my life, listening to the salesman repeated say "I'm just trying to find out what you really want." (remember I told them exactly what model, body style and color and detailed the extra features I would like) I gave up and bought a Jeep at another dealership that day.

This dealership is an excellent place to waste an afternoon of your life, as long as you don't actually plan on buying anything. There are other, friendly, better stocked and helpful Jeep dealerships in the area. I would recommend any of them over Family Chrysler Jeep.

Nothing great here, but not bad either. We've used them just for service (bought cars elsewhere) and have been mostly satisfied. They do have loaners available but not all of the time and not for everything you have done. The facility could use some modernizing.

Was sold a car with a broken right axle, and broken four-wheel drive lock. When I brought the car into service department, was told that there was no problem continually until the car's three-month warranty was up because they refused to fix this costly problem at their cost. They told me that it was because I "could not drive an SUV in the snow because I was a woman." Clearly, I would not recommend this to anyone. Also, their lot is small, their prices are outrageous, and they gave me an unfair trade-in value on my VW.

PROS: the Jeep would have been a nice car - had it worked
CONS: terrible manners
