I got my last pair of glasses here great service. They have a large selection of frames at fair prices. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answered all the questions I had. I will go back to them when I need glasses.

Dishonest business practices. They'll schmooze you with superficial charm to sell you $350 frames, but God forbid you try to move away from their sales transcript. Whatever happened to medical professionals and their staff having the patient's best interests at heart? When the selling overrides the honest desire to be a decent human being towards the patient, a medical practice loses all credibility.

I've been getting my glasses and contacts here for nearly 10 years. I first stopped in because I had broken my glasses that I bought at a big chain place. Not wanting to go all the way to the mall for a fix, I asked if they could help.

I just purchased two pair of glasses from these guys in the past six months. The salesperson is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And the optician is down to earth and very customer friendly. Both associates are honest and helpful

I have no concerns about the optometrist, who was professional; I do, however, have concerns about the two ??salespeople.? The salespeople were dishonest ?? I was given a BS answer when, after my exam, I asked: ??I??d like to know how much my vision has changed from the last time I had my eyes checked. What was my new prescription again?? The tall, balding man (the optician) said, ??Well, the average between your two eyes would be about a -4.50.? What the heck? The AVERAGE between my two eyes? Ok, I get it, you don??t want me to know what my prescription is. What a blatantly obvious way of being shady! He was asinine enough to think I wouldn??t figure out I was a -4.25 in one eye and a -4.75 in the other?
The saleswoman was misleading, too. After she quoted me the price of disposable contacts, I remarked that I normally buy my contacts at a lower cost elsewhere. In response to me mentioning the specific retailer, she said ??Oh, we price match! Yes, we price match!? When I placed my order, you guessed it ?? all of a sudden, they don??t price match ??for insurance patients.? So that shady saleswoman purposely left that part out, knowing full well that I was an insurance patient.
They are also incredibly condescending. When I received my sample contacts for the fitting, I noticed that the numbers on the box did not match my prescription (the prescription that the optician thought I wouldn??t know). I don??t think it??s crazy to ask, ??Why are the numbers on the sample contacts different from my actual prescription?? I had handed the sample contacts to the optician to look at, and he threw them back on the table in front of me, exhaled noisily, and snapped ??They??re right, ok!? It??s got something to do with the vortex! You wouldn??t understand. I said they??re right, ok?!? Needless to say, this guy was a tool.
Of course this experience wouldn??t be complete without them making a mistake. When I went to pick up my contacts, they sent me out with a bag containing the wrong prescription contacts. I had to go back and exchange them for the right ones. You get the general idea. You may get their fake smiles when you first walk in, but be prepared for their habitual ??miscommunication? problems.
