Technicians are rude!

Dish Network
While Dish is a great Satellite service that is reasonably priced, the technicians that have to come out on a service all now and then, are very very rude! As if we are to be honored that they have graced us with their presence. They need to go back to Customer Service 101. Service is good and works 99 percent of the time.
PROS: Free basic dish with installation
CONS: Rude Technicians
