I went in for a gel manicure on Sunday, February 19th, (supposed to last up to 2 weeks)...by Tuesday, the polish on both of my index fingers had peeled off (just two days later). By Sunday of the next week (only 7 days), I had four painted

My friend and I went to Galaxy Nails to get pedicures. We arrived around 10:00am on a Friday and only had to wait about 10 minutes before we were seen. The massage chairs were decent although my friend's occasionally made quite loud noises and the water in the foot baths were lukewarm at best. When we sat down the lady did not show us how to use the massage chair or even hand us the remote. Instead we had to feel around behind the chairs for them. The leg/foot massage was perfunctory and quickly over. The polish was done well, no smears and they allowed us to sit until they were fully dry. My toes look good but I felt the overall service was lacking. When I get a pedicure I want a little pampering and that's not what I got.

Pros: Reasonably priced, quick service

Cons: Massage Chairs are old and noisy, foot baths are lukewarm

galaxy nail is an amazing place, i've gone there for almost 8 months to get my nails done, and my stepmother has gone there for 3 years. the prices are great and the service is even better.
the nail techs are total sweethearts, and tonya and her husband dan(they run the place) are so nice.
