For the past three years I've searched high and low for a traditional men's barber shop in Delaware County. Well, my search is over. Frank's is the real deal -- a nicely appointed two-chair shop in the heart of Clifton Heights. Frank himself is personable, professional, and truly talented. He knows how to cut a man's hair (complete with traditional clean up), and how to make his customers feel welcomed. The shop has a cozy, neighborhood feel about it, too. And Frank's prices are quite reasonable -- an important consideration in these challenging times. Looks like I've found my barber!

I take my son to this man because he is personable, friendly and cut the hair like I ask. I like my son to have the typical boys cut and he knows what i want. He is cheap at $10 bucks. He always has a bowl of candy of gum for the kids when they are done in his chair.

PROS: small town charm
CONS: parking for only 2 cars
